Strategic and Financial analysis of P3 Prague D1 s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce „Strategická a finanční analýza firmy P3 Prague D1 s.r.o.“ je analyzovat vybranou společnost a následně ji porovnat s jejími konkurenty za období 2012–2017. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku finanční a strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické metody a poznatky již získané v první části práce, které jsou použity při provedení analýzy vybrané společnosti P3 Prague D1 s.r.o. Na začátku praktické části je představen analyzovaný podnik a jeho konkurenti. Část práce je věnovaná horizontální a vertikální analýze společnosti P3 Prague D1 a komparaci poměrových ukazatelů, bonitních a bankrotních modelů s jejích konkurentů. Zbytek práce je věnován strategické analýze společnosti P3 Prague D1.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis „Strategic and Financial analysis of P3 Prague D1 s.r.o.“ is to analyze the financial situation of P3 Prague D1 and to compare the results with its competitors for the period from 2012 to 2017. The diploma thesis cosists of two main parts – a theoritical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents and describes both financial and strategic analysis. The practical part consists of three parts. Firstly, P3 Prague D1 is introduced along with its competitors. Secondly, horizontal and vertical analysis are performed on the annual results of P3 Prague D1 and also the results of financial ratios, credibility models, profitability models and bankcruptcy models are compared to the results of the competitors. Thirdly, strategic analysis is performed on P3 Prague D1 by using SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis.
