Tato práce shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o aplikaci talent managementu v podmínkách malých a středních organizací při realizaci inovačních programů, jejichž cílem nejen průběžné zvyšování výkonnosti, při respektování základních principů udržitelného rozvoje
Abstract:
This paper summarizes the current knowledge about the application of talent management in terms of small and medium-sized organizations in the implementation of innovative programs, aimed not only continuous performance improvement, while respecting the fundamental principles of sustainable development.
