Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek po splatnosti a jejich dopadem v oblasti účetnictví a daní. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy týkající se po-hledávek a jejich správy, která zahrnuje jednak prevenci vzniku problémových pohledávek, tak možnosti jejich vymáhání. This Bachelor Thesis deals with issues of overdue outstanding debts and their impact on the accounting and tax area. The theoretical part is focused on the basic terms concerning receivables and their management, which includes both the prevention of problematic re-ceivables and the possibility of collecting them.
