Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémy řízení kvality podle norem ISO ve dvou malých firmách. V úvodní části DP definujeme pojem kvalita a systémy řízení kvality. Pozornost je věnována normám ISO a modelu TQM. Na základě aktivní spolupráce, pozorovaní a prostudování aktuálního stavu firem, je cílem diplomové práce popis využití a postup získání systémů řízení kvality a jejich úroveň ve firmě A a B.

The thesis deals with quality management systems according to ISO standards in two small companies. In the introductory part of DP defines the concept of quality and quality management systems. Attention is given to standards ISO and TQM model.
