Measuring the level of digital literacy of primary school pupils

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením afektivní složky digitální gramotnosti. Cílem bylo navrhnout a ověřit nástroj k měření úrovně afektivní složky digitální gramotnosti u žáků na základní škole. Navržený nástroj pro měření afektivní složky digitální gramotnosti vychází z rámce DigComp 2.1. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na novou kompetenci ukotvenou v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro základní vzdělávání, a to kompetenci digitální. Dále se práce zabývá digitální gramotností, možnostmi a způsoby, jak tuto gramotnost měřit a v práci jsou podrobně rozepsány některé z nástrojů k měření digitální gramotnosti. Výsledný nástroj je založen na projektivních metodách, jež jsou v práci detailněji popsány. Praktická část práce pak popisuje tvorbu nástroje, jež je výstupem této diplomové práce a v neposlední řadě práce prezentuje ověření nástroje a výsledky z tohoto ověření.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with measuring of the affective component of digital literacy. The goal was to design and verify a tool to measure the level of affective component of digital literacy among primary school students. The tool for measuring the affective component of digital literacy is based on the DigComp 2.1 framework. The theoretical part focuses on a new competency anchored in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education, namely digital competency. Furthermore, the thesis deals with digital literacy, possibilities, and ways to measure this literacy, and some of the tools for measuring digital literacy are elaborated in detail. The resulting tool is based on projective methods, which are described in detail in the thesis. The practical part of the thesis then describes the creation of the tool, which is the output of this master thesis, and at the end, the thesis presents the verification of the tool and the results of this verification.
