Periodic evaluation system of employees
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení stávajícího systému periodického hodnocení zaměstnanců v Nemocnici Pardubického kraje, a.s. a navržení jeho zefektivnění. Na základě provedené analýzy fungování systému jsou identifikována jeho problematická místa. V návrhové části je na podkladu analytických výstupů navržen postup pro zefektivnění metodiky systému hodnocení zaměstnanců organizace.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the assessment of the current system of periodic evaluation of employees in the Hospital of the Pardubice Region, joint-stock company and designing its efficiency improvement.
