Abstract:

Práce se zabývá institucí prezidenta České republiky. První část práce je rozdělena na dvě dílčí části, kde jsou nejprve představeny jednotlivé politické režimy a role prezidenta v nich, poté se práce věnuje vývoji instituce prezidenta od jejího vzniku v Československu až po současnost. Cílem první části bylo analyzovat instituci prezidenta a poukázat na specifika, která se s ní pojí v českém, popř. československém prostředí, a tedy zjistit, jakým způsobem se liší reálná praxe od ústavního zakotvení této instituce. Druhá část práce je pak zaměřena na výzkum, který zjišťoval, zda a jakým způsobem se učí o instituci prezidenta České republiky na středních školách.

Abstract:

The work deals with the institution of the president of the Czech Republic. The first part is divided into two sub-parts where the political regimes are introduced and the president's role in them than the work is focused on the development of the institution since its inception in Czechoslovakia to the present. Main goal of the first part was to analyse the institution of president and point out to the specifics which it has in czech/czechoslovak environment and also find out how the real practise is different from the constitutional establishing of this institution. The second part is focused on research that examined whether and how they learn about the institution of the president of the Czech Republic on high school.
