Diplomová práca je venovaná hodnoteniu dvoch významných nástrojov regionálnej politiky, medzi ktoré jednoznačne patria dotácie a zvýhodnené úvery. V úvodnej časti práce sú definované základné pojmy týkajúce sa regionálnej politiky, jej nástrojov a procesu hodnotenia.
