Inadmissibility of Cassation Complaints

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je nepřijatelnost kasačních stížností. Jejím cílem je představit institut nepřijatelnosti kasační stížnosti a zkoumat, zda-li rozšíření tohoto institutu může pomoci Nejvyššímu správnímu soudu zrychlit jeho rozhodování. V úvodu práce je popsána kasační stížnost a následně vysvětlen institut nepřijatelnosti, na který je nahlédnuto jak z jeho historie, tak i současného využívání. V hlavní části této práce je popsáno využití v současnosti, rozbor využívání v praxi a následné zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the inadmissibility of cassation complaints. Its aim is to introduce the institute of inadmissibility of cassation complaints and to examine whether the extension of this in-stitute can help The Supreme Administrative Court to speed up its de-cision-making. The thesis starts with a description of the cassation complaint and then explains the institution of inadmissibility, looking at its history as well as its current use. The main part of this thesis de-scribes its current use, analyses its use in practice and then evaluates it.
