Analysis of municipal recreation in the village Pustá Polom

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunální rekreace v obci Pustá Polom. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy problematiky kolem komunální rekreace a je popsána metodika výzkumu. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza komunální rekreace v obci Pustá Polom a jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl proveden mezi obyvateli žijící v obci. Následuje diskuze, ve které jsou zhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení nabídky komunální rekreace v obci. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a jsou uvedena doporučení pro další výzkum nebo vedení obce, přesněji příklady pro lepší zpětnou vazbu od obyvatel, přání na rekonstrukci nebo vybudování nových zázemí a preventivní upozornění na úpadek zájmu o volnočasovou rekreaci u mladé generace. Bylo zjištěno, že obyvatelé si cení současného stavu komunální rekreace v obci a chtějí, aby jim byla zprostředkována kvalitní nabídka volnočasových aktivit, spolků, akcí a zázemí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of municipal recreation in the village of Pustá Polom. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of municipal recreation and describes the research methodology. In the practical part, a SWOT analysis of municipal recreation in the village of Pustá Polom is carried out, and the results of the research conducted among the village residents are presented. This is followed by a discussion that evaluates the research results and proposes recommendations for improving the municipal recreation offerings in the village. In conclusion, the results of the thesis are summarized and recommendations are provided for further research or village management, specifically examples for better feedback from residents, desires for renovation or construction of new facilities, and preventive warnings about the decline of interest in leisure recreation among the younger generation. It was found that the residents appreciate the current state of municipal recreation in the village and want to be provided with a quality offer of leisure activities, associations, events, and facilities.
