Diplomová práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části jsou zkoumána problematická, až tabuizovaná témata v knihách pro děti a mládež. V dalších kapitolách je zkoumán přínos těchto knih vzhledem k dětské reflexi současného světa. Abstract:
The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the first chapters of the theoretical part are examined problematic and taboo themes in books for children and youth. In the next chapters is examined the need for these books in view of the child's reflection of the contemporary world.
