The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of preparedness of the municipality with the extended jurisdiction of the city of Svitavy for an extraordinary event. The thesis focuses on the presence of crisis preparedness authorities, forces and resources for handling extraordinary events, as well as possible sources of threat.
