Předmětem diplomové práce je hledání klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících prosperitu podniku. Teoretická část se skládá z vysvětlení základních pojmů, popisu odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí a následného seznámení se všemi analýzami, jež jsou nezbytné pro podrobné prozkoumání podniku.
