Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výchovou a vzděláváním romského dítěte v majoritní rodině. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části práce je popsán systém náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Dále se teoretická část zabývá specifiky, které se pojí s přijetím dítěte romského původu do majoritní rodiny. Jedná se například o bariéry ve vzdělávací trajektorii Romů, adaptaci v náhradní rodinné péči nebo kontakt dítěte s biologickou rodinou. Teoretická část práce také pojednává o překážkách, které se mohou při výchově a vzdělávání romského dítěte v majoritní rodině vyskytnout. Jedná se mimo jiné o psychickou deprivaci dítěte nebo jeho rizikové chování. V empirické části je popsána metodologie kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Dále jsou zde interpretovány výsledky výzkumu. Data byla získána pomocí sedmi hloubkových, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkum si klade za cíl blíže prozkoumat prožívání výchovy a vzdělávání romského dítěte majoritními rodiči v jejich rodině. Výsledky analýzy získaných dat přináší zjištění týkající se především motivace majoritních rodičů pro přijetí romského dítěte, dále výzev, se kterými se rodiče v průběhu výchovy dítěte potýkali a také jak vnímali vzdělávací trajektorii dítěte.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the raising and education of a Roma child in the ethnic major families. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the system of substitute family care in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the specifics associated with the admission of a child of Roma origin into the majority family. These are, for example, barriers in the educational trajectory of the Roma, adaptation in alternative family care or contact of the child with the biological family. The theoretical part of the thesis also deals with the obstacles that may occur in the upbringing and education of a Roma child in the majority family. These include mental deprivation of the child or his risky behavior. The empirical part describes the methodology of qualitative research. Furthermore, the results of the research are interpreted here. Data were obtained through seven in-depth, semi-structured interviews. The research aims to examine the experience of the upbringing and education of a Roma child by the majority parents in their family in more detail. The results of the analyzes were obtained by findings concerning mainly the motivation of the majority parents to accept a Roma child, as well as the challenges that parents face during the child's upbringing and how they perceive the child's educational trajectory.
