Cílem diplomové práce je analýza konceptu Corporate Social Responsibility a Creating Shared Value ve vybrané organizaci. Diplomová práce bude analyzovat základní principy a postupy zavádění společenské odpovědnosti podniku a hodnotí oblast sdílených hodnot.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is present an overview of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the selected organization. Next, this thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of basic principles and implementation process of shared value creation.
