Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce nese název „Vliv pandemie Covid 19 na sociální práci.“ a je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a empirickou. Cílem této práce je identifikovat a formulovat specifika práce sociálních pracovníků ve vybraných zařízeních státní a nestátní sociální služby pro rodinu s dětmi v obci s rozšířenou působností před pandemií Covid-19 a během ní v průběhu let 2020 -2021. Teoretická část je věnována cílové skupině, onemocnění Covid- 19 a také vymezuje specifika sociální práce. Empirická část práce představuje teoretickou základnu výzkumu, prezentuje dosavadní zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků s výkonem povolání v době před a během koronavirové pandemie. Celé výzkumné šetření je založeno na kvalitativním výzkumu s využitím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěr práce je věnován zpracování získaných výsledků.

Abstract:

This final thesis is entitled "The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on social work" and is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The aim of this work is to identify and formulate the specifics of the work of social workers in selected facilities of state and non-state social services for families with children in the municipality with extended scope before and during the Covid-19 pandemic during the years 2020-2021. The theoretical part is dedicated to the target group, the Covid-19 disease, and also defines the specifics of social work. The empirical part of the work represents the theoretical basis of the research, it presents the previous experience of social workers with the performance of their profession before and during the coronavirus pandemic. The entire research investigation is based on qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. The conclusion of the work is dedicated to processing the obtained results.
