Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření výukové opory pro obor kuchař-číšník. Teoretická část se skládá z literární rešerše, která hodnotí současný stav učebnic odborných předmětů, z charakteristiky oboru a souvisejících kurikulárních dokumentů. This thesis is focused on creating educational support for the subject cook-waiter. The theoretic part consists of literary research which eva-luates the current state of textbooks for specialised subjects, characte-ristics of the subjects and associated curricular documents.
