Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení dodržování zákona o daních z příjmů ve smyslu závislé práce a na základě podkladů a zkušeností získaných z mé pracovní činnosti a pozice je zde simulován případ nedodržování zákona o daních z příjmů v praxi a z toho plynoucí daňový dopad včetně příslušenství.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is aimed at assessing compliance with the income tax law within the meaning of dependent work and on the basis of data obtained from my work experience and my position is stimulated case of non-compliance with the Income Tax Law in practice and the resulting tax consequences.
