Práce se zabývá majetkovými a kapitálovými akvizicemi a jejich daňovému a právnímu kontextu. V první části práce jsou popsány právní instituty využitelné ke kapitálové akvizici a k majetkové akvizici. Druhá část práce popisuje daňový kontext akvizičního procesu. This thesis deals with tax and legal context of asset acquisitions and capital acquisitions. The first part of work deals with legal tools that can be utilized in the process of acquisition. The second part gives a description of the tax framework of acquisition process within the Czech Republic.
