Ice hockey referees cooperation

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma „Spolupráce rozhodčích ledního hokeje“ je studií zmíněné problematiky v současných podmínkách ledního hokeje. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř celků, které jsou shodné s částmi práce. Cílem je na základě dostupné literatury popsat zásady uvedené problematiky, provést analýzu současného stavu výzkumným šetřením a na základě výsledků navrhnout možná řešení. Práce samotná popisuje v teoretické rovině především práci rozhodčích na pozadí aktuálních Pravidel ledního hokeje s důrazem na komunikaci mezi rozhodčími během samotného zápasu. Práce se zabývá též přípravou rozhodčích na zápas, povinnostmi a signalizací rozhodčích a jejich rolí během utkání. Dále i faktory ovlivňujícími hokejového rozhodčího na ledové ploše. Do práce se promítají též osobní zkušenosti zpracovatele a názory jeho i jeho kolegů. V návrhové části je provedeno, na základě výzkumného šetření, potvrzení nebo nepotvrzení stanovených hypotéz.

Abstract:

Final thesis on "Cooperation referees ice hockey" is a study of this issue in the current conditions of ice hockey. Work itself is divided into four units, which are identical to the part. The goal is to describe the principles of the topic, analyze the current state, research survey on the basis of available literature and based of the results to suggest possible solutions. The work itself describes the theoretical work of referees especially against the background of the current rules of ice hockey with an emphasis on communication between referees during the match itself. The thesis also reflects the personal experience of the author and his colleagues. The work also deals with the preparation referees for the match, their duties and signaling and their roles during the match. Furthermore, the factors affecting hockey referee on the ice. In the design section will be made on the basis of the research confirm or reject the stated hypotheses.
