Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma pohledu pracovníků ve školních družinách na prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části popisuji pojmy jako syndrom vyhoření, příznaky syndromu vyhoření, fáze syndromu vyhoření a možné způsoby primární prevence. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of perspectives of school group teachers on the prevention of burnout syndrome. This thesis is divided in to theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines concepts such as burnout syndrome, symptoms of burnout syndrom, phases of burnout syndrome and possible methods of primary prevention.
