Bakalářská práce „Vývoj hypotečních úvěrů na finančním trhu České republiky“ se zabývá rozborem hypotečního úvěrování v České republice. Začátek práce je věnován právní úpravě hypotečních úvěrů a hypotečních zástavních listů. Druhá část je zaměřena na tendence vývoje hypotečních úvěrů v České republice v letech 2006-2015 včetně rozboru jejich příčin a vývoje úrokových sazeb, dále pak na aktuální stav …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on aspects of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The beginning is dedicated to legal regulativ of mortgage lending and mortgage bonds. The second part focuses on the development trend of mortgage loans in the Czech Republic in years 2006 to 2015. The last part compares the practical application of a mortgage loan with other options of house financing.
