Current problems of the labour market in a particular region

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku trhu práce v Plzeňském kraji. Jedná se o široké téma, proto se práce zaměřuje konkrétně na problematiku trhu práce osob zdravotně postižených. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou trhu práce. Druhá kapitola definuje osoby znevýhodněné na trhu práce a zkoumá důvody nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Třetí kapitola prověřuje možnosti zaměstnání osob zdravotně postižených v Plzeňském kraji. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou analyzovány problémy osob zdravotně postižených na trhu práce a jsou nalezené možnosti nápravy těchto problémů, které by vedly ke zlepšení postavení osob zdravotně postižených na trhu práce. Jsou zde stanoveny dvě metody výzkumu, a to dotazníkové šetření a osobní rozhovor. Obě metody jsou v práci zhodnoceny. Následně se práce zamýšlí nad výdaji státu na osoby zdravotně postižené.

Abstract:

This work focuses on labor market issues in the Pilsen region. This is a broad topic, so the author focused on the people with disabilities. In the first chapter, the author deals with the characteristics of the labor market. In the second chapter, the author defines people at a disadvantage in the labor market and examines the reasons for the unemployment. In the third chapter, the author examines the employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the Pilsen region. In the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the problems of people with disabilities in the labor market and discusses possible ways to improve these problems, which would lead to the improvement of the position of people with disabilities in the labor market. The author chose two research methods. Questionnaire survey and personal interview. She evaluated both methods in her work. This thesis also focuses on government expenditure on people with disabilities.
