Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá případovou konferencí jako jedním z nástrojů pomoci v systému péče o ohrožené rodiny a děti. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat případovou konferenci jako jeden z nástrojů pomoci v systému péče o ohrožené rodiny a děti při výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce je pojata jako teoreticko-aplikační. Teoretická část podává informace o systému péče o ohrožené rodiny a děti, rodině a jejím současném pojetí, ohrožené rodině, ohroženém dítěti, popisuje nevhodné zacházení s dítětem, jeho druhy a rizikové faktory, které ovlivňují vývoj dítěte a mohou vést k jeho ohrožení. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na sociální práci s ohroženou rodinou. Stěžejní kapitola je věnována podrobně případové konferenci, vymezuje její legislativní ukotvení, cíl a účel, konkrétní situace a využitelné oblasti, výhody a přínosy, rozlišuje její typy a popisuje přípravu, účastníky a samotný průběh případové konference. Aplikační část popisuje využití případové konferenci v praxi sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Jako metoda je použita analýza problému z praxe zpracovaná ve formě kazuistiky. Na konkrétním případu demonstruje využití a přínos případové konference v praxi sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí obecního úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a case conferences as one tool to help in the system of care for the vulnerable children and families. The aim of the thesis is to describe a case conference as one of the tools to help in the system of care for the vulnerable children and families in the exercise of social-legal children protection. The work is conceived as a theoretical-practical. The theoretical part provides information on the system of care for the vulnerable families and children, the family and its current conception, the threatened family, the threatened children, describes the inappropriate treatment of a children, its types and risk factors that affect children development and may lead to children's endargement. Another chapter focuses on social work with the vulnerable families. Pivotal chapter is devoted to a case conference in detail, defines its legislative basis, the aim and purpose, specific situations and usable areas, advantages and benefits, distinguishes the types and describes the training, the participants and the progress of case conferences. The application describes the use of the case conference in the practice of social workers from children protection authority. As an method is used real life problem analysis processed in the form of case studies. On the specific case it demonstrates the use and benefits of case conferences in the practice of social workers from children protection authority of municipality with extended powers.
