Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí s drogově závislými rodiči a fakty, které z této spolupráce vyplývají. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko empirická. Její teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojetí rodiny dnešní doby, vystihuje sociální práci v rámci sociálně právní ochraně dětí a na druhé straně popisuje vliv závislosti a drog na chování člověka v roli rodiče nezletilého dítěte. Na základě teoretické části byl sestaven výzkumný dotazník, který byl předložen sociálním pracovníkům orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí po celé republice. Empirická část ověřuje v rámci stanovených hypotéz, zda je součinnost sociálních pracovníků s drogově závislými rodiči účinná s ohledem na pracovní vytíženost jednotlivých pracovníků a jestli tito pracovníci k efektivitě jejich práce využívají spolupráce s dalšími organizacemi zaměřenými na drogovou problematiku. Ze strany závislých rodičů je zkoumána kvalita jejich péče o nezletilé dítě a ochota spolupracovat s orgánem sociálně právní ochrany dětí na zlepšení situace rodiny.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with cooperation between social workers at Social and Legal Protection of Children bodies with drug addicted parents and related issues. The work is constructed partly theoretical and partly empirical. The theoretical part is on one hand focused on the concept of a modern family, on defining the content of social work in the area of Social and Legal Protection of Children and on the other hand describes the impact of drug abuse on behaviour of persons in the role of parents of an underage. On the basis of the theoretical part a survey was conducted. Questionnaires were given to the social workers at the body of Social and Legal Protection of Children throughout the whole country. The collected data were used for verifying the hypotheses. Generally, I inquired whether the collaboration between the workers, having in mind the workload of individuals, and drug addicted parents is or is not effective and whether the social workers cooperate with any organizations and charities focused on addiction and substance abuse in order to rise the effectiveness of their work. The respondents also assessed the quality of care given by addicted parents to their children and parents' willingness to cooperate with the body of Social and Legal Protection of Children in improving of the family situation.
