Cílem této práce je analyzovat CRM systém ve vybrané finanční institucí zaměřené na privátní bankovnictví. Součástí práce je analýza a dokumentace procesů pomocí BPMN a UML notace na základě již shromážděných požadavků na nový CRM systém.
