Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením prostřednictvím pracovní rehabilitace. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je pracovní rehabilitace vhodným a dostačujícím prostředkem k pracovnímu uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zabývají osobami se zdravotním postižením, jejich zaměstnáním a především pracovní rehabilitací. Ta slouží jako možný prostředek k pracovnímu uplatnění těchto osob. Výzkumná část obsahuje poznatky a názory od expertů, kteří se pracovní rehabilitací v rámci své profese zabývají.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with work opportunities for people with disabilities through work rehabilitation. The main goal of this thesis is to find out if work rehabilitation is appropriate and sufficient means of adjusting disabled people to the working world. The chapters of this thesis are concerned with disabled people, their job and most importantly their work rehabilitation. Work rehabilitation is a possible means of employment for those people. The research part of this thesis includes opinions and findings of experts that are concerned with work rehabilitation on a daily basis through their line of work.
