The master's thesis is devoted to the effectiveness of Czech-German cooperation at the ŠKODA AUTO Company in terms of intercultural communication. The aim of the work is to assess the extent to which the Czech and German employees of ŠKODA AUTO are able to cooperate effectively, and the misunderstandings as well as opportunities that arise from their collaboration. Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou česko-německé spolupráce ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO z pohledu interkulturní komunikace. Cílem bylo zhodnotit, do jaké míry jsou čeští a němečtí zaměstnanci schopni efektivně kooperovat, jaká přináší jejich spolupráce nedorozumění a příležitosti.
