Abstract:

PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Lucie. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s astmatem na plicním oddělení. Vysoká škola zdravotnická o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, Ph.D., MPH. Praha 2021. 94 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s astmatem na plicním oddělení. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku astmatu bronchiale, zpracovat farmakologickou léčbu, specifika ošetřovatelské péče, vypracovat ošetřovatelský proces a navrhnout praktická doporučení pro pacienta a pro všeobecné sestry. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku, rozdělení, možné příčiny vzniku, příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu asthma bronchiale. Navazující kapitoly popisují techniku pro správnou inhalaci léků a specifika ošetřovatelské péče na ambulanci a na standardním lůžkovém oddělení. Na závěr teoretické části je ve stručnosti zpracován ošetřovatelský proces a pět jeho jednotlivých částí. Praktická část se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacientky na plicním oddělení. Podle celkového stavu pacientky jsou stanoveny aktuální a potenciální ošetřovatelské diagnózy a poté určeny krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle. Podle nich jsou naplánovány ošetřovatelské intervence a popsána jejich realizace v praxi. Kategorie ošetřovatelských diagnóz jsou vypracované podle NANDA I. Taxonomie II. 2018–2020. Dále je zhodnocen ošetřovatelský proces. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena doporučení pro pacienta v nemocnici, pro všeobecné sestry, které pečují o pacienta s astmatem na standardním oddělení, pro astmatiky a pro jejich rodinné příslušníky.

Praha 2021. 94 pages. The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the Nursing Process of a Patient with Asthma in a Pulmonary Ward. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to describe the topic of asthma bronchiale, the pharmacological treatment, the specifics of nursing care, the nursing process of patients and the recommendations for patients with asthma and for the general nurses. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section is focused on asthma bronchiale, its characteristics, classification, possible causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of this disease. The following chapters describe the technique for proper inhalation and the specifics of nursing care in the emergency room and in the standard pulmonary ward. At the end of the theoretical section, the nursing process and its five individual parts are introduced. The practical section pursues the Nursing Process of a Patient with Asthma in a Pulmonary Ward. According to the overall condition of the patient, current and potential nursing diagnoses are determined, and then the short-term and long-term goals are decided. According to them, nursing interventions are planned, and their realization is described. Nursing diagnoses are prepared according to NANDA I. Taxonomy II. 2018–2020. Furthermore, the nursing process is evaluated. At the end of the practical part, recommendations are suggested for the patients in the hospital, for the general nurses who care for the patient with asthma in the standard ward, for the asthmatics and for their family members.
