The building of marketing strategy for a company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu marketingové strategie podniku, působícího v oblasti zdravotnictví. Za pomoci analýz určuje jeho silné a slabé stránky a snaží se vystihnout příležitosti a hrozby plynoucí z jeho marketingového prostředí. Navrhuje marketingovou strategii pro zlepšení současné situace a konkurenceschopnosti podniku.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on creating a marketing strategy for a company operating in the healthcare field. By use of analyses it identifies the company´s strengths and weaknesses and tries to perceive opportunities and threats resulting from its marketing environment. The thesis suggests a marketing strategy aimed at improving the current situation and the company´s competitiveness.
