Diplomová práce se v první kapitole věnuje zařazení problematiky centrálního bankovnictví do českého právního řádu. V kapitole druhé pak právní úpravě centrálního bankovnictví a v kapitole třetí obecně vymezuje pojem centrální banky, zásady jejich činnosti a funkce.
