Ethical Dilemmas of Workers in Social Services when Make Personal Assistance.

Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se věnuje etickým dilematům pracovníků v sociálních službách při osobní asistenci. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat etická dilemata a zjistit, jak je pracovníci v sociálních službách řeší a co jim v řešení pomáhá. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá cílovou skupinou seniorů. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji terénní služby pro seniory a také uvádím rozdíly mezi pečovatelskou službou a osobní asistencí. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na řešení etických dilemat. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum a jeho metodologii. Ve výzkumu je použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, vedená s týmem osobní asistence neziskové organizace.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with ethical dilemmas of workers in social services of personal assistance. The aim of the work is to identify the ethical dilemmas and to find out how workers in social services solve them and what helps them to solve them. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the target group of seniors. In the second chapter field services for the elderly are described, as well as the differences between care services and personal assistance. The third chapter focuses on solving ethical dilemmas. The research part of the work is focused on the qualitative research and its methodology. The research uses the method of semi-structured interview, applied to a team conducting personal assistance in a non-profit organization.
