Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Poruchy příjmu potravy aneb fyzický vzhled mládeže jako důležitý aspekt sebepojetí“ pojednává, jak je z názvu patrno, o psychopatologickém způsobu stravování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části – teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teorie se zaměřuje na popisnou charakteristiku poruch příjmu potravy v globálním náhledu. Zachycuje historický kontext a současné pojetí patologických poruch příjmu potravy; specifické – mentální anorexie, mentální bulimie a atypické – bigorexie, ortorexie, drunkorexie a záchvatovité přejídání. Současně je zachycena souvztažnost mezi poruchami příjmu potravy a sportem a vnímáním vlastního těla. Své významné místo má i kapitola o pohledu sociálního pedagoga na tuto problematiku. Výzkumná část je soustředěna do základních škol Jihomoravského a Zlínského kraje. Předložený dotazník – Eaten test – zjišťuje několik výstupů, jež jsou podkladem pro posouzení sebepojetí zkoumaných respondentů. Současně zjišťuje také jejich riziko ohrožení poruchami příjmu potravy na základě nadlimitního vyhodnocení dotazníku. Vedle získaných výstupů je cílem zodpovězení výzkumné otázky a navržení základních preventivních opatření omezujících možnost vzniku poruch příjmu potravy.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Eating disorders alias physical appearance of young people as an important aspect of their conception “ deals with as is title says about psychopathological method of feeding. The thesis is divided to two main sections – theoretical and experimental. The theory is focus on descriptive characteristic of eating disorders in global perspective. The historical context is captured in present conception the most severe pathological eating disorders, specific mental anorexia, mental voracity and atypical – bigorexia, ortorexia, drunkorexia and paroxysmal overeating. There is captured at the time correlation between eating disorders, sport and perception of own body. The important part has been taken in chapter with a social pedagogue point of view. The experimental part is focused on primary schools of South Moravian and Zlin district. The attached question form is searching for a few outgoings as a fundamental of the respondents self conception examination. At the same time is locating a threat of eating disorders based on the excess statistical evaluation. In addition to the gained outputs, the goal is answering of the research question and proposal for the basic preventive measures restricting the possibility of eating disorders occurrence.
