The return on investments in photovoltaic panels of family houses

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výpočty doby návratnosti fotovoltaické elektrárny pořízené v roce 2013 a 2012. Teoretická část zahrnuje problematiku obnovitelných zdrojů, historii fotovoltaické energie a následně se zabývá podrobněji popisem fotovoltaické elektrárny. V teoretické části je dále zpracována legislativa týkající se provozu fotovoltaických elektráren a ekologie. Výzkumným problémem této práce je výpočet doby návratnosti investice a následný výpočet tvorby dostatečné finanční rezervy na obnovu fotovoltaické elektrárny. Aplikační část se zaměřuje na realizaci fotovoltaické elektrárny a obsahuje výpočty doby návratnosti investice. Doba návratnosti investice je nejprve vypočítána pomocí internetové solární kalkulačky a tato doba je porovnána s dobou návratností vypočtenou pomocí skutečně naměřených hodnot.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on calculations of the payback period of a photovoltaic power station purchased in 2013 and 2012. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a closer look at renewable resources, the history of photovoltaic energy and then describes the photovoltaic power plant in more detail. The legislation concerning the operation of photovoltaic power plants and the environment is also compiled in the theoretical part. The research focuses on calculation of the payback period of the investment and subsequent calculation of creating a sufficient financial reserve for a renewal of the photovoltaic power station. The practical part focuses on the realization of the photovoltaic power station and contains calculations of the investment payback period. The investment payback period is first calculated using an on-line solar calculator and this amount of time is compared with the payback period calculated using the actual measured data.
