Selected tools are chosen to analyze the business environment of Philip Morris ČR a.s. The basic concepts of strategic management and abovementioned tools are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. The selected tools, which consist of: PESTEL analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, are then used in the practical part.
