Abstract:
Hypoteční obchody nejsou pouhými obchody s hypotečními úvěry, ale je žádoucí rozlišovat jejich aktivní a pasivní část. Pro poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru, který má charakteristiku úvěru dlouhodobého, je pro hypoteční banku nutné zajistit také dlouhodobé nebo obnovitelné zdroje. Mortgage deals are not only deals with the mortgage loans. It is advisable to differentiate between their active and passive part. To grant a mortgage loan, which has long-term characteristics, it is necessary for the mortgage bank to ensure also long-term or renewable resources.
