Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti se speciálním zdravotnickým materiálem. Teoretické část se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu CRM (Customer Relationship Management), druhům řízení vztahů se zákazníky a vysvětlení specifické řízení vztahů s uživateli zdravotnických pomůcek. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu získaných dat z databáze společnosti. Na základě zákazníků, kteří jsou v kontaktu se zákaznickým centrem, je provedena segmentace zákazníků podle chování, věku a bydliště. Tato část dále zkoumá, jak činnost společnosti a její zákaznický servis ovlivňují kvalitu života klientů v závislosti na subjektivním hodnocení zákazníka. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit, jakým způsobem zvyšuje implementace řízení vztahů se zákazníky prodej, jakož i kredit firmy v percepci koncových uživatelů a odborníků.

Abstract:

This work is about the application of customer relationship management in a company with a special medical device. The theoretical part of the paper is devoted to the explanation of the term CRM – Customer relationship management, as well as to different kinds of customer relationship management and explanation of the problematic of medical device for ostomy care. The practical part analyses the data acquired from database of the company. We provide company customers segmentation according to their behaviour, age and location. This part of the study concentrates on activities of the company as well as on their customer service influence on the quality of patient lives from their own perspective. The aim of the study is to evaluate how the implementation of the customer relationship management increases the sales and the image of the company in the perception of final users and medical staff.
