Development of accounting in the Czech Republic during 20th century, new trends and elements of accounting for 21th century

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vývoje účetnictví v České republice ve 20. století, nové trendy a prvky v účetnictví 21. století. V práci charakterizuji vývoj účetnictví v České republice ve 20. století. Počínaje vývojem účetnictví a změn zákonů o účetnictví od rozpadu Rakouska ? Uherska, kdy v roce 1918 vznikl samostatný stát Československá republika až do roku 1992, kdy Česká republika byla ještě součástí Československé republiky, kdy v roce 1993 vznikla samostatná Česká republika. Na tento rok navazuji charakteristikou zákona č. 563/1991 Sb. o účetnictví. Dále se v práci zaměřuji na nové trendy 21. století resp. na změny podle Evropské unie, řešení v rámci Mezinárodních účetních standardů (IAS/IFRS Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví a US GAAP), hlavně na odlišné požadavky struktury výkazů (rozvahy a výsledovky). V České republice jsem se zaměřila na novou reformu veřejných financí.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the development of accounting in the Czech Republic during 20th century, new trends and elements of accounting 21th century. I describe development of accounting in the Czech Republic during 20th century in the Bachelor thesis. Starting with development of accounting and change of the laws about accounting by the break of Austria - Hungery when in the 1918 the independent state Czechoslovak Republic was developed right up until 1992, when the Czech Republic was still a part of the Czechoslovak Republic, when in the 1993 the independent Czech Republic was developed. I conect at this year with a characteristic of the law No. 563/1991 digest about accounting. I addres below in my thesis the new trends 21th century or changes according to the European Union, solution within the International Accounting Standards (IAS/ IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP), especially at unlikely elements of stucture of account sheets (balances and income statement). In the Czech Republic I focus on the new reform of public finances.
