The Use of PR Tactics in Communication of Ice-hockey Club PSG Berani Zlín

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje nástrojům public relations v komunikaci hokejového klubu PSG Berani Zlín a jejich efektivitě. Teoretická část vymezuje základní definice public relations a jejich nástroje, které popisuje na základě odborné literatury. Dále se zabývá tématem marketingu ve specifickém sportovním odvětví. V závěru teoretické části je uvedena metodika práce a jsou položeny výzkumné otázky. V praktické části je představena organizace PSG Berani Zlín, analýza současného stavu a výsledky samotného výzkumu. Na jejich základě jsou následně navržena opatření na zlepšení klubové komunikace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is about public relations tools in the communication of the ice-hockey club PSG Berani Zlín and their effectiveness. The theoretical part defines the basic definitions of public relations and their tools, which it describes on the basis of professional literature. It also deals with the topic of marketing in a specific sports sector. At the end of the theoretical part, the methodology of the work is presented and research questions are asked. The practical part presents the organization of PSG Berani Zlín, the analysis of the current state and the results of the research itself. On its basis, measures are subsequently proposed to improve the club communication.
