Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Specifika účetního a daňového režimu neziskové organizace“ je analýza současné právní úpravy účetního a daňového režimu neziskových organizací. První tři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na neziskový sektor z obecného hlediska, účetní a daňovou legislativu. V další kapitole rozebírám problematiku právní úpravy účetního a daňového režimu. Dále se věnuji konkrétní neziskové organizaci Místní akční skupině Boskovicko PLUS obecně a ve vztahu k problematice. V poslední kapitole se snažím nalézt řešení a doporučení ke zjištěným problémům.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor´s thesis: “The specifics of the accounting and tax treatment of non-profit organizations” is to analyze current accounting and tax legislation of non-profit sector in general terms, accountng and tax legislation. The first three chapters are focused on non-profit sector in general terms, accounting and tax legislation. In the next chapter I deal with the issue of regulation of the accounting and tax treatment. Furthermore I devote with concrete organization Local action group Boskovicko PLUS in general and in relation to problematics. In the last chapter I try to find solutions and recommendations to the problems.
