Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním náročnosti profese zdravotně-sociálních pracovníků při poskytování péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních, přičemž na základě kvalitativního výzkumu identifikuje hlavní stresory této profese. Výsledky poukazují na polyfaktoriální charakter zátěže, zejména vliv očekávání rodin, profesních vztahů, nedostatku kapacit a zlepšení organizace péče. Cíle:identifikovat aspekty náročnosti práce zdravotně-sociálních pracovníků ve zdravotnickém zařízení.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the perceived demands of the healthcare social worker profession in the provision of care in healthcare facilities, identifying the main stressors of this profession based on qualitative research. The findings indicate the multifactorial nature of the workload, particularly the impact of family expectations, professional relationships, and limited capacity, as well as the need to improve the organization of care. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the key aspects of the demands of healthcare social workers' work in healthcare settings.
