Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na styly připoutání dětí v dlouhodobé pěstounské péči. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké styly připoutání mají děti v dlouhodobé pěstounské péči v České republice, a jaké faktory jí ovlivňují. Teoretická část obsahuje druhy náhradní výchovy a náhradní rodinné péče, a dále psychický vývoj dítěte v této péči. Dále je definován attachment, jeho druhy a faktory ovlivňující připoutání na základě výzkumů. Výzkumná část byla zkoumána pomocí smíšeného výzkumného designu. Ve kvantitativní části byly použity dotazníky zkoumající styly připoutání vyplněný jednak dětmi v pěstounské péči a jednak pěstouny, který se dále také zaměřoval na faktor délky pěstounské péče a prostředí, ze kterého dítě pochází. Ve kvalitativní části byly realizovány polostrukturované rozhovory s pěstouny, které byly rozděleny do šesti kategorií zabývajícími se původním prostředím, stykem s biologickou rodinou, počtem a druhem předchozích umístění, aktuálním stavem dítěte, vývojem dítěte v pěstounské péči a jeho připoutáním. V kvantitativní části nebyla nalezena souvislost mezi hodnocením dítěte a pěstounem, ani mezi kvalitou připoutání a původem dítěte, což mohlo být způsobeno malým počtem respondentů. V kvalitativní části studie bylo zjištěno, že mnoho účastníků pocházelo z prostředí, ve kterém byli týráni nebo zanedbáváni. Děti také popisovaly různé projevy a obavy, které jsou často spojeny s negativními zkušenostmi z biologické rodiny. Důležitým aspektem bylo i to, jakými zařízeními děti procházely, s negativními zkušenostmi především souvisejícími s ústavním zařízením. Konkrétní výsledky prezentuji v kapitole výsledky a následně interpretuji dané zjištění v diskuzi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the attachment styles of children in long-term foster care. The aim of this work is to determine the attachment styles of children in long-term foster care in the Czech Republic and the factors influencing them. The theoretical part includes types of alternative upbringing and alternative family care, as well as the psychological development of the child in this care. Attachment is also defined, along with its types and factors influencing attachment based on research. The research part was examined using a mixed research design. In the quantitative part, a questionnaire was used to examine attachment styles, completed by both children in foster care and foster parents, which also focused on the factor of the length of foster care and the environment from which the child comes. In the qualitative part, semi-structured interviews with foster parents were conducted, divided into six categories dealing with the original environment, contact with the biological family, the number and type of previous placements, the child's current status, the child's development in foster care, and their attachment. In the quantitative part, no connection was found between the child's evaluation and the foster parent, nor between the quality of attachment and the child's origin, which could be due to the small number of respondents. In the qualitative part of the study, it was found that many participants came from environments where they had been abused or neglected. Children also described various manifestations and concerns that are often associated with negative experiences with the biological family. An important aspect was also the facilities children went through, with negative experiences primarily related to institutional facilities. Specific results are presented in the results chapter and subsequently interpreted in the discussion.
