Legal status of the employer in enforcement proceedings
Abstract:
Diplomová práce bude věnována problematice postavení zaměstnavatele v exekučním řízení. Tato práce bude zaměřena nejen na shrnutí povinností zaměstnavatele, ale i na výpočet srážek ze mzdy. Cílem práce je poukázat na složitost celé oblasti exekučního práva: nedostatečnou právní úpravu, nejednotnost postupu exekučních orgánů a rozdílnost judikatury
Abstract:
Thesis discusses topic of legal status of the employer in enforcement proceedings. It summarizes most of employer's duties and deals with the process of calculating execution through deducting money from wages. Main goal is to present difficulties of tangled execution legislation: unequal proceedings of the enforcement body, dissimilar legal decisions and sometimes insufficient legislation.
