Abstract:

Práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků poskytovatelů potápění v Padangbai, Indonésii. Potápění představuje důležitý trh pro cestovní ruch a maximalizace spokojenosti zákazníků je jeho základem. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na význam spokojenosti zákazníků a jejího vztahu k poskytování potápění jako služby. Praktická část analyzuje data, která byla shromážděna autorem práce v centru potápění OK Divers. Definuje demografický profil zájemců o potápění a hodnotí jejich spokojenost. Výsledky výzkumu jsou základem pro doporučení pro OK Divers, jak zvýšit spokojenost zákazníků, což byl hlavní cíl práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction with a focus on scuba divers in Padangbai, Indonesia. Scuba divers represent an important market for the tourism industry and maximizing their satisfaction is essential. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of customer satisfaction and its relation to scuba diving. The practical part analyses data collected in the dive centre OK Divers. It defines the demographic profile of the scuba divers and evaluate their satisfaction. Based on the results, recommendations are offered to OK Divers to increase their customers' satisfaction which was the main goal of this thesis.
