Gamified information system for the career growth of co-workers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj modulů s prvky gamifikace pro společnost Optimal Energy, která se orientuje na služby a poradenství v oboru energetických úspor, na přechod k moderním energiím, energetický audit a optimalizaci nákladů na elektřinu. Nejprve je gamifikace analyzována z teoretického hlediska se zaměřením na její vliv na psychologii a motivaci uživatelů. Další část práce se věnuje návrhu a implementaci gamifikačních modulů do informačního systému.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of modules with gamification elements for Optimal Energy, which focuses on services and consultancy in the field of energy saving. Transition to modern energy, energy audit or optimizationof electricity costs. First, the gamification will be analyzed from the theoretical point of view with a focus on its impact on psychology and user motivation. The next part of the work is design and implementation of gamification modules into the information system.
