Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu podnikové kultury související se strategií přímého prodeje u obchodní společnosti, která je zákaznicky orientována. My bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of corporate culture associated with the strategy of a direct sales company that is customer-oriented. Formulating a strategy and corporate culture, which is becoming more important for rapidly growing companies, is the part of a theoretical section.
