Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma "Hypoteční zástavní listy (ČR, Evropa, USA)" je charakteristika hypotečního trhu v České republice, ve vybraných evropských zemích a ve Spojených státech amerických. Součástí práce je také srovnání Hypoteční banky s konkurencí. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení jednotlivých hypotečních trhů.
Abstract:
The purpose of this Bachelor thesis "Mortgage bonds (CZ, Europe, USA)" is characteristic of mortgage market in Czech Republic, in chosen European countries and in the United States of America. The confrontation of Hypoteční banka with competition is included. The result of this Bachelor thesis is an assessment of the individual mortgage markets.
