Business plan for setting up a restaurant

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the creation of a business plan for a rural restaurant based on the knowledge acquired during the study. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the framework theory of business in tourism, legislative standards for the operation of restaturations, the theory of creating a business plan and the methodology of marketing and analytical methods. In the practical part, the obtained information is applied to the business plan of the restaurant in Orava. The methods used are: analysis of marketing mix, analysis of potential markets, analysis of competition. Subsequently, the business and marketing strategy of the company, financial plan, time schedule of activities and analysis of potential risks are compiled.

Abstract:

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského zámeru vidieckej reštaurácie na základe vedomostí nadobudnutých počas štúdia. Práca sa skladá z dvoch častí teoretickej a praktickej. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá rámcovou teóriou podnikania v cestovnom ruchu, legislatívnymi normami prevádzkovania rešaturácií, teóriou tvorby podnikateľského zámeru a metodikou marketingových a analytických metód. V praktickej časti sú aplikované získané informácie do podnikateľského zámeru reštaurácie na Orave. Použité metódy sú: analýza marketingového mixu, analýza potenciálnych trhov, analýza konkurencie. Následne je zostavovaná obchodná a marketingová stratégia podniku, finančný plán, časový harmonogram činností a analýza potenciálnych rizík.
