Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu aktuálního procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, její následné zhodnocení a navrhnutí doporučení na zlepšení efektivity tohoto procesu ve vybrané organizaci.
