Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the development and the boom of fast food in the USA. It explores economic, political and social changes in the USA that possibly lead to changes in eating patterns and consequentially to fast food development. It reveals media practices and their influence on fast food consumption and looks at the health impact of fast food consumption.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem a rozmachem fastfoodu v USA. Zkoumá ekonomické, politické a sociální změny v USA, keré mohly vést ke změnám stravovacích návyků a k vzniku fastfoodu v USA. Poukazuje na praktiky a vliv médií na konzumaci fastfoodu a zabývá se vlivem konzumace fastdoodu na zdraví.
